Do me a favor. Pour yourself a cup of your favorite tea and watch this. We can be quite the creative, playful, organized, fun-loving species, we human beings.
I don’t know how this came about, but I love it.

How do you do the choreography for such a large group? They seemed to pull it off with no direction. That’s what’s so fun about New York, I suppose. –Teaternity
I love this one!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
It just makes you happy, doesn’t it? I could watch this again and again!
I love surprises, and this one it’s a very nice surprise!
And I love the original movie.
I thank you for this post!
I love the movie too and spent hours as a kid listening to the sound track on our record player for hours!
In this case this surprise in the Central Station in Antwerp was part of a promotion for the TV-casting show “Looking for Maria” for the stage musical in Belgium (but maybe you know this already).
Kind regards from the north of Germany, we are sinking in lots of snow!
I’ve been wondering what the back story was! Thanks for sharing this missing piece of the puzzle. I could literally watch this performance every day for the rest of my life and never get tired of it. The element of surprise and all the background logistical coordination just boggles my mind. I’m sending you warm thoughts from sunny California. Drink lots of tea and stay warm!!!
